Yard Rules

Version of 6 November 2026 Version 2026-11-06.1

These are the rules of the game «Слышь чо» (Slysh Cho): the terms of use, payment and refund terms, fair play rules and the privacy policy in one text. They are written in plain words, but this is a real agreement between you and the people who run the game.

The game shows them in full before your first visit and after every update of the rules. By pressing «I have read and accept» you confirm that you have read them to the end, that you are 18 or older and that you agree with them. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. What this yard is

«Слышь чо» (Slysh Cho) is a game about yard life inside Telegram: a mini app and the bot @SlyshChoBot. It can only be played through Telegram.

The game is for adults, 18+. It has street themes, rough humour and occasional swearing. If you are under 18, do not play.

Everything in the game is made up. Any resemblance to real people, places and events is coincidental, and the characters and their deeds are not a call to do the same in real life.

The game has elements of chance: the Lohotron dice, upgrade chances, loot from bosses. They are played only for in-game goods: the game pays out no real money to anyone.

2. Who runs the yard

The game is run by, and is the responsibility of, Alexey Orekhov, a sole trader in France (EI), SIRET 100 970 581 00011, email: [email protected]. In these rules that is «we».

Telegram is not our partner and is not responsible for the game. By playing through Telegram you also follow Telegram's own rules, including its terms for Stars.

3. Your account

Your game account is tied to your Telegram account (by its Telegram ID). Changed your phone? No problem: log in with the same Telegram. Lost your Telegram, lost your guy: we have no other way to recognise you.

One Telegram, one guy. The account is yours alone: it may not be transferred, sold, bought, rented out or lent to others to play, and you may not play for others.

You choose your nickname yourself, but no insults, ads, other people's personal data and no pretending to be someone else, including the game's admins. We may change such a nickname.

4. Under construction

The game is still being built. Until the official opening on 13 November 2026 the yard admits players by list, and the game's rules, numbers, items and prices may change at any time; things may break.

Before the opening the yard will be cleaned: progress (levels, items, currency) will be reset, nicknames will be kept. Testers know this.

All Stars payments made before the opening are recorded. Before the opening we will return them as Stars through Telegram, or, for whoever asks, carry what was bought over to the open yard.

Updates are tried out first in the test yard, the bot @SlyshCho_Bot. Its progress is its own, separate from the real yard, may be reset at any time, and only testers are let in.

5. Iron, Stars and VIP

Iron («железяки») is the paid in-game currency. It can be bought only for Telegram Stars, inside Telegram. Stars are sold and charged by Telegram itself; we neither see nor store your card details.

Sometimes the game itself gives iron: gifts, rewards, a reward for a found bug.

Iron buys items, backgrounds, phones and themes, VIP packs and tracks in the «Плеер», and it can also be exchanged for cash and seeds. The price is shown before you buy.

Buying iron earns VIP points (one star, one point); some daily gifts give a few points too. The VIP level gives in-game bonuses and gifts.

Iron, cash, seeds, VIP points, items and everything else in the game are not money and not property, but a right to use them in the game. They cannot be exchanged back into Stars or money, withdrawn, sold, given to another player or moved to another account. Trading game goods and accounts for money or anything outside the game is forbidden.

Iron arrives right after payment. By buying it you ask for it to be delivered immediately and agree that after that the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content (14 days in the EU) no longer applies. Stars paid for iron are not refunded: section 6.

We may change prices, packs, exchanges and VIP bonuses. This does not cancel what was already bought and delivered.

6. No Stars refunds

A purchase of iron is final: we do not refund the Stars paid for it, even if the iron has not been spent yet. Telegram shows how many Stars you pay and for what before the payment.

There is one exception: when it is our fault. If Stars were charged but the iron did not arrive, or less arrived than the pack holds, write to support (section 15) and attach a screenshot of the payment. We will always sort that out and fix it: deliver the missing iron or return the Stars through Telegram. We will also refund when the law requires it.

If the Stars of a purchase do come back anyway (under that exception, or because Telegram itself refunded or reversed the payment), we take back all the iron of that purchase and its VIP points, even if the iron has already been spent. Then your iron goes negative.

While your iron is negative, additional penalties may apply that cut part of the game (for example, purchases and exchanges for iron, VIP gifts and packs) until the negative balance is closed.

If an account is banned for a reason, that is for breaking the rules (bots, deliberate bug abuse, twinks, selling the account and other things in sections 7–10), we make no refunds of either Stars or iron.

7. Fair play

A human plays. Unauthorised automation of gameplay is forbidden: bots, scripts and programs that look at the game themselves and decide what to press; modified clients and extensions that interfere with the game; requests to the game server that bypass the app; intercepting and tampering with requests.

Clickers on top of the game are allowed: a program that simply presses where you put it. The server cuts presses that come too often anyway, so you will not go faster than a human.

If something in the game is inconvenient and you are tempted to write a bot, better suggest an idea for how to make it convenient so that no bot is needed. Write to support (section 15); good ideas go into the game.

Twinks are forbidden: second accounts that feed the main one (raids and slap fights against your own accounts, moving goods through a crew, gifts and any other schemes where your accounts play into each other's hands).

Do not break the game or get in other players' way: flooding the server with requests, hunting for holes to do harm, getting into other people's accounts.

8. Bugs

Found a bug (an error in the game) by accident and reported it to us? Respect: you are owed a reward depending on how critical the bug is. The reward is in in-game items only, mostly iron.

How to report: write to support (section 15) what you did, what happened and, if you have one, a screenshot. And do not tell everyone about the bug until we have fixed it.

If someone deliberately uses a bug to their own advantage, once we find it we will take measures, up to banning the account, temporarily or permanently. Whatever was gained through the bug will be taken back.

Stumbled on a bug by accident and reported it right away: that is not a violation and is not punished.

9. Chats and conduct

In crew chats, game groups and the game's channel: no insults, harassment, threats, spam, ads, scams, other people's personal data or anything illegal.

Crew chats linked to the game have a warden bot: it lets in the crew's fighters and guests and throws out strangers. It does not read the conversation, it only sees who writes.

The crew leader is responsible for order in the crew's chat. For violations in chats we may apply the measures of section 10.

10. Measures for violations

For breaking the rules we may: warn you; take back what was gained unfairly; cut part of the game; remove you from ratings and prizes; ban the account temporarily or permanently. The measure depends on how serious it is and whether it has happened before.

We decide by the action journal: it shows what happened and when. If you disagree with a measure, write to support and we will look into it.

If an account is banned for breaking the rules, we make no refunds of Stars or iron.

You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (section 11).

11. What we store about you

What we store:

• your Telegram account number (Telegram ID), name and @username from Telegram, which Telegram passes on when you log in; the login signature itself (initData) we only check: we do not store it and do not write it to logs;

• your in-game nickname and everything about your game: level, items, currency, crew, fights, who invited you, notification settings;

• the action journal: what you did in the game and what changed because of it. It stays in the game database for 14 days, then every day it goes to an archive in cloud storage and is kept there for a year;

• payments: who, when, how many Stars and how much iron, the Telegram payment number, refunds;

• your messages to support;

• if the yard is closed and you knocked: your Telegram number, name and @username, so that the bot can tell you when we open;

• technical bits: your IP address (in the server's memory, against overload) and, if the game fails to load, the browser, screen size and Telegram version (in server logs, which are not kept long).

Why: to run the game; to fix errors and return what was lost; to check payments and refunds; to catch bots, twinks and bug abusers; to let the bot send notifications (they can be turned off in the phone settings). Legal grounds: performing this agreement, our legitimate interest in a fair and working game, and legal obligations (payment records).

Other players see your in-game nickname (until you change it, it is your Telegram name), level, power rating, crew, VIP, places in ratings and fight results. We do not show your Telegram ID to others; we do not have your phone number at all.

Who we share with: we sell to no one and give nothing for advertising. The data sits with contractors without whom the game does not work: servers in Finland and Germany (Hetzner), Cloudflare's network and cloud storage, and a backup entrance through a server in Russia (Timeweb) for those who cannot open the main one. We may also disclose data if the authorities lawfully require it. What Telegram itself knows about you is described in its privacy policy.

How long we keep it: the account and progress, as long as the account exists; the journal: 14 days in the database and a year in the archive; payments: as long as accounting law requires; database backups are overwritten in rotation.

Your rights: to know what is stored about you, to get a copy, to correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to support (section 15). On deletion we erase the account and progress, except the payment records that the law requires us to keep; journal entries in the archive erase themselves within a year. A deleted account cannot be restored, nor can what was bought for Stars. You can complain about us to a supervisory authority; in France it is the CNIL (cnil.fr).

There are no ads or ad trackers in the game. In the browser the game remembers a couple of small things (for example, which entrance to use); that does not help anyone follow you.

12. Liability

The game is provided «as is». It is still being built and has bugs, failures and breaks: updates, problems with Telegram, hosting or the internet, including slowdowns by providers. We try to fix everything and return what was lost by the journal, but we do not promise that the game will always work and without errors.

We are not responsible for what does not depend on us: Telegram and its payments working, your device and internet, other players' actions outside the game.

We may change the game: balance, prices, items and mechanics, add and remove parts of it. If we close the game for good, we will say so in advance in the @SlyshChoNews channel.

Our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these rules takes away the rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

13. Changes to the rules

The rules may change. Each version has its own date, at the top.

When the rules change, the game will show them again, and to keep playing you need to read them to the end again and press «I have read and accept». If you do not agree with the new version, you may stop playing and ask us to delete your account.

The rules are governed by French law, subject to the rights the law of your country gives you. Any dispute is first settled through support.

The rules are written in Russian and English. If the versions differ anywhere, the Russian one prevails.

14. Music in the game

The game's music is written by @stinkyfart (Telegram). All copyright and related rights in the tracks belong to him.

The tracks were made to order for «Слышь чо», and we have the author's permission to use them in this game, and only in it. The rights to the music do not pass to us, and we cannot pass them on to you.

Want to use this music anywhere outside the game: ask the author for permission first, write to him on Telegram @stinkyfart. Without his permission, do not copy, publish or distribute the tracks.

Some tracks in the «Плеер» are sold for iron. A bought track is yours for good, but only to listen to in the game on your account: it is cosmetics, like backgrounds and themes. The purchase gives no rights to the music itself: you may not use a bought track outside the game, for personal or commercial purposes; that also needs the author's permission. A bought track cannot be exchanged back for iron, and Stars paid for iron are not refunded (section 6).

Using the tracks without permission infringes copyright. The author may demand that such content be removed, including through a notice under the DMCA (the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act) or under similar laws of other countries.

Believe something in the game infringes your copyright? Write to us (section 15): say what exactly and why, and attach proof of your rights. We will look into it and remove it if needed.

15. Contact

Support, payment questions, bugs and ideas: the bot @SlyshChoBot (the /support and /paysupport commands), inside the game (the phone, «Настройки», «Написать разрабам») and email [email protected].

You can reread the rules at any time: the /terms command in the bot.

Who runs the game: section 2.
